If you have old jewellery lying around, now is the perfect time to make it into something new!

Do you have some heirloom jewellery lying around in a box that perhaps has emotional significance but isn’t really your style? At Jewel Envy we can make your old pieces new again! If you have a piece with precious metal such as gold, we can use that to make something fresh for you, or if you have precious stones, we can use them to create a whole new design. Something you will want to wear all the time and will still bring back the fond memories attached to the piece. You might be surprised how many fun new things can be done with old pieces, so don’t leave them to languish in the box, bring them in so we can help you get inspired! Below you can see a unique pendant made from a quartz, provided by the client created by Aurora Simmons of Handmade Revolution.

It’s a blue day!

Okay, actually, it’s sort of a snowy day, but white has blue in it too :). Blue is my favourite colour, and it fits my mood this week, so here’s a curated collection of blue from the studio (all available for sale!).

Left, moving in a circle: Blue lapis rings (round and diamond) by Shafiq’s Jewelry, Blue acrylic flower earrings (with sterling hooks) by Edna Milevsky, Blue sapphire/sterling leaf ring by Handmade Revolution, Lapis bead T-bar pendant with needled felt by House of Cassady, Blue topaz flower bracelet by Frekkel Designs, Lapis seashell wrap ring by Glaciale Goldsmith.

Enjoy your Saturday, whatever you’re doing, and hope to see you soon!

Getting The Bands Back Together

A common theme for the studio in March is the march towards bridal adornment. One of the major players in that is the commitment band.

Whether you intend to have matching rings with your beloved, or individual expressions, plain, blinged-out, or signature styles, we can make your perfect expression of love and devotion.

Send your questions to or drop by Tues-Sun to start playing with ideas.
