Skye Stutt is a jewellery designer and a recent graduate of OCAD University’s Material Art and Design program, where she studied jewellery design and metalsmithing. Skye fell in love with jewellery making when she took her first beading class at age nine and has been making jewellery in various mediums ever since. Currently, she creates one of a kind art jewellery as well as unique collections of concept driven, wearable pieces. Her inspiration comes from nature, whether it’s the flow of an element such as water or the fascinating forms of insects. Skye received the Lily Yung Memorial Award for strong experimental and conceptual components in her thesis project, “Metamorphosis”. She is also the first place winner of the 2019 National Vaccaro Family Scholarship.
