My partner and I are registered for a 1 day band ring workshop, however, we both got sick with a fever and will not be able to attend the class. So I was wondering if it’s possible to cancel the registration?
Great question. Our cancellation policy is clearly stated on all registration forms and states:
“In case of cancellation it must be done five business days before the start date and there is a maximum $95 non-refundable fee. If a student cancels with less than five business days’ notice no refund will be made. This fee cannot be applied to another class. Class deposits are not transferable to another date with less than 5 business days’ notice. If a class does not run due to low enrollment, registrants will be offered a full refund or have the option to transfer their deposit to another class of their choice.”
