Hello, I have a few earrings with metal inserts that irritate my ears. I’m wondering if you are able to replace the inserts with silver/gold medal?

The general answer is yes we can swap earring posts but we do need to see what the earrings are made from to determine if we can do this with a torch, the laser welder, or some other inventive solution. Please drop in during business hours so we can assess this with you.
